My sprayer doesn't have foam and occasionally I might want to go run some product out around a field edge or turn rows. If I save the map or application, It has drifted so far when I return to the field that its useless. Is there a way to make it paint the map without running product out of the tank? Besides pulling from the rinse tank.

Assuming this is a 20 series or 30 series Deere, if you are recording the boundaries for use with swath control, this will not work very well. For swath control to work correctly, it must be recording a flowmeter reading as it goes through the field. So if its not actually applying, it won't map consistently. This is the same with trying to run Seedstar planters without seed in them.
They've made them smart enough that you can't fake em out anymore.

I wouldn't overthink the issue. You should be able to change how it maps in the Equipment setup.. I've never sat in a sprayer and changed it, but we have used this method in the past to quickly map a boundary with just the tractor.
In your Equipment Setup screen, under Recording Source, just change it to the hand. Then the Record/Stop Record button should activate. Just use that button to force the monitor to map, regardless of whether your sprayer is on or your implement is in the ground..
