If someone told me this year it wasn't going to flood this year were I am at I would have called them not to bright....well it looks like I am the not to bright one. Just how dry we were last fall along with the slow melt has the water going down or up, not running off. Funny thing is that ground that was worked black has lots of snow on it yet and the stubble is about gone.
