Now that seems a bit extreme? Past 2 years I grew rup corn 38 inches away from liberty link corn, not stacked but one or the other, and I didn't hurt but a couple of plants all together in 2 spraying s on each crop.
Certainly I was careful with wind and such, but I think a mile is being a little bit alarmist for the average situation?
