northcentral iowa | Well it depends on how much contamination is too much and how close (in terms of timing) to each other the two hybrids flower together. If they pollinate at the same time, you would need up to 400 feet distance separation to reduce cross pollination to say 0.5% or less. What level of RR contamination can you accept? Have you checked the purity of the non-GMO seed that you are planting? Often there is contamination or impurity in those hybrids. | |
