I have ran two styles of the Karcher band sweeper. One was the KM70/30 and the other one was the KM75/40 model. The cheaper model KM70/30 does a pretty decent job on dirt and dust. It doesn't do the best in heavier dirt it just can't sweep it all up in the first shot. It also still lets out a vary small amount of dust while sweeping. The pros are it's easier to get around in tight spaces, and if you want to use it in other buildings it you can load it easier do too weight.

The KM 75/40 model does alot better job, but I think it's double the cost too. It has a larger basket for the dirt and larger air filter for the dust. It does a vary good job and picking up the dirt. None of these too sweepers will work for wet dirt or dirt thats stuck to the floor, you have to loosen it up first.
