Subject: Raven 440 and Micro-Trak flowmeter

On our strip till rig we have a Raven 440 controlling a Micro-Trak electric pump driver. The flow meter being used is a Micro-Trak Model FM 750 GFN.

We used this rig last fall and it worked fine. Today we went down the road with it to test it out and it was pumping liquid but the vol/min and rate were both reading zero. The connections look good on the harness so I'm not really sure what to do other than disconnect the flow meter and try to send the Raven a signal that the flow meter is turning over. In this way I could determine whether the problem was before the connection or after the connection between the flow meter and the harness.

I thought on the Raven flow meters you could just short across two pins and it would tell the Raven 440 that the flow meter had turned over. Is the concept the same with the Micro-Trak unit? Here are some pictures. Thanks.
