I agree with IADAVE. I went thru a trucking school in the early 90's and the instructor was a retired over the road driver for over 30 years. He told us that if you are forced off of the road you better get a piece of the other person or you are on your own as no one will beleive you. I have been in different situations like this and the instructor was right.
