As far as the dump valve is concerned, I'm not out to screw some load restriction or buyer of products on a scale .I only am concerned about gouging the yard and hay yards up...... I don't even know how badly the county corners would get gouged or bermed. but probably not bad enough to need a dump valve. The one thing I could see as a advantage to is if you dump the back axle you could get into narrower approaches and make tighter corners..
