How come you guys are paying so much on James Valley or Dakota Electric or whatever they call themselves now days?   I just opened my KEM bill and saw they are raising our rates to .09 cents for the main meter and electric heat rate is going to .05 cents as of January 1.   I thought we will be paying too much.  

I should add that we are no longer required to have a back up heat source to get the electric rate.
