Tat was my thought to as I read it, I suppose there is some size restriction that the current lp furnace isn't big enough to heat both or some such?
This coming week should sure test it all out, unless you are missing the cold we are getting over here. Monday should be below zero all day, with one forcast saying minus 12F will be the high for the day....
