What's the best way to raise the fifth wheel plate on a semi? I have a 379 with a sliding fifth that needs to be lifted a ways so I can put some fenders on over the wheels and not bust them to pieces. As is with the airbags dumped on the truck there is basically zero room between tires and trailer. How high can I raise it? TIA
