Son and son-in-law both change 24.5's with spoons and can do it in a jiffy.  To pop it back on the rim they can just drop it and in one swoop follow it down and pop the first bead on.  Then a few bites with a spoon and its on.  Takes longer to deflate and inflate than change the tire.  BTW, I've seen them do this with Toyo's, Michelin's and other brands both new and used.
