The single phase 7.5 and 10 are worth good money and also would trade into 3 phase motors to your favor, have you considered that? If I was installing 3 phase service, I wouldn't even consider keeping those motors. 3 phase motors are bearings and windings, single phase motors are bearings, windings, capacitors and switches.
