Subject: Running single phase motors off 3 phase?

I am putting up a new drying bin this summer and am going to run 3 phase power to the bin site as there is no power to the site right now and thats basically what the electric utility required for the project. I have a lot of used 7.5 to 10 horse single phase motors sitting around from other projects that are not being used anymore. My question is can I use some of those single phase motors on sweep and unloading augers even though the site will be powered by three phase? I'd like to be able to reuse some of those motors instead of buying all new 3 phase motors if possible.
