Central Michigan | Interested in using a set of 14 inch Camoplast tracks on a pull type plot harvester project we are working on. We transport our current harvesters (with tires) between plots behind tandem trucks allowing for higher road speeds. We could really use the load capability of these tracks (30,000lb/pr), but I am worried that we are going to sacrifice some transport speed. What is the max speed that one can expect to pull these down the road and what might we expect for longevity if they see 1,000 miles of road travel per year and about 300 hours of field time?
