NE Nebraska | We have been using traited seed, VT3 and SmartStax the past couple years plus Capture LFR. Neighbors still complain that some corn lodges. We havent had any lodging do to rootworm since we started using insecticide. The first year SS came out on limited release, we planted 25 acres of SS without capture and it had lots of root feeding damage and yielded less than the straight RR BT + capture hybrid that we planted right next to it. | |
