replaced all of mine this fall. I pulled them all off by hand with no problem.
I made the mistake of turning the head over with a wrench after installing
new chains. They all popped and acted like they wanted to crawl off the
sprockets. Finally just turned the machine on at an idle and ran them a few
minutes. I didn't have any trouble with the head at all this fall.
