1. we are in the market for a new computer, in the past we have used a PC but we are seriously considering an Apple. Does anyone know much about the mini Mac. We just learned about that at our local Best Buy store yesterday. That sounds like it should have enough speed and storage for what we use the computer for.
2. Currently we are using Quick Books for our bookwork (we Farm), but we would like to try a different program for that. We would like a program that writes checks. I see Apple has the program IBooks 4, how is this program & is there anything else anyone would suggest?
3. Is there such a thing as a web based accounting program?? If so what is it like and what might it cost?
4. With the Apple do we still need to have an externial back-up? Also with the Apple do we need anit-virus protection? Does MS Office for Mac have all the features that MS Office for PC have? Are there any other issues that we need to consider?
