Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | I think last year I treated my membership card as junk mail so I had to call when I received my statement to redeem for cash. It wasn't too difficult. This year I'm smarter and kept my card and when my statement showed up I called...put on hold for 10 minutes and redeemed for cash. They said 2 weeks but received the check in a week.
Should be a better way. Wonder how many points they never have to pay for? Cash seems to be the way to go. Using the points at 5 cents per point seems to make a lot of their items seem a little high priced. |
