East Central Ia | That bin in the picture is my tallest point. The leg is shorter with the mass mover running at an incline.
The bin is 66' tall by 72' wide... not sure how high the peak is. But my guess is at least 75'. You can see the cell phone tower in the distance... it is about half a mile away.
I wonder if it would better to mount the gps on the concrete silo and run the antenna up to the top of the bin. I just know i wont be able to get it far enough away from the bin to get clear line of sight to the sky and still be able to run cable to the top of the bin. If its not on top of something there i will have to mount it in another location and run a repeater on the bin. | |
