One thing that really gripes me is when pricing a vehicle or a tractor at some dealerships, and the salesman says he has to go and ask the owner or manager to see if they can except my offer. More than once I have told the salesman that "if he has to go and get approval from someone higher up, there is no sense in talking to him, and let me talk to THAT person first, and there is no reason in talking to him." I have even walked out of dealerships when they said they "had to check with someone higher up". | |
