Subject: JD 8100, is it worth it?

Came across a 1998 JD 8100 MFWD tractor for 74,500. Question is, is it worth it? Mechanically it is pretty sound and only 4600 hrs and hasn't been in the shop for any big repairs. Did notice right steering cylinder does leak. Everything else is dry. Front tires are probably 75% and rears are maybe 50%. It has 5 SCV's and the 540/1000 and big 1000 PTO. What concerns me is it may have been roughed up a bit. Previous owner had a loader on it therefore there is some hood and grill damage. Owner sheared the loader mount bolts off on one side and are stuck in the tractor frame. Tractor has no weights on front or rear and only 3/4 of the front weight bracket is still on the tractor like the owner had hooked something to the end of the bracket and just ripped it right off up to the mounting bolts. All the interior on the inside sides of the cab needs to be replaced. The seat and the headliner is in good shape.
