Where we live every one is assed an annual fee for TV . It is to fund the translaters so the rural people and small communities can have TV .
Two towers in the county . Both on high hills . We can get 3 network stations off one , 3 plus PBS off the other . Most town dwellers get cable . most country people now have satililte receivers .
