Subject: Re: Dr. William Davis interview on CBS .... wheat

Martinsville, Ohio
Mark, I have an avid interest in wheat, the crop that was green all winter all my life. My family has raised wheat since they came to America and long before, I am sure.

That was the subject of today's blog. I researched wheat all my life and a little of it has been given out in the course of my blog.

Scientists recently mapped the gene pool of wheat, one away from triticale, thanks to Dr. Norman Borlaug. It has a long history of self pollination including spelt in its past.
