Nevada, Iowa | This is really off subject a bit but I had a 24 x 16 overhead door put in a shop last year. The guy that installed it seemed very knowledgeable. He told me that outside of not oiling the rollers and springs regularly, the hardest thing I could do to that door was not letting it run the full cycle of up and down. Stopping the door mid cycle jars everything much worse than the full stop points. After watching a mid cycle stop or two, I really feel he is right. Just a "for what it's worth" thing. | |
