| We bought a JCB 260 this spring that had 100 hrs on it. We got the cab and AC. We went from a NH LS 160 and we love the JCB. It is much easier to see and a lot easier to get in and out of. They have a life time warrenty on the boom arm which is much stronger than the NH.
The only problem we had was a broken wire going into the arm rest you raise and lower when you get in the cab. I could see that being an issue in the future since you raise and lower that so often. The cab is very quiet and better built than the NH and Bobcats I have used.
It is 100% easier using the forks with a cab door since you don't need it lowered all the way to get out. Seems to have good fuel economy and power. They don't have the dealer network, but we use Casey Equipment from the Chicago area and they have been good. We would not go back to a conventional skid steer. | |
