It has actually been 6 years in the making, but the last 10 months have been the project to bring it to today. We bottled the first three batches of wine today. A total of 225 cases. It took us about 6 hours, which wasn't really to bad. We had at least 8 of us there and it took all of us. There is one step that is not completed as of yet. The label has to be approved as of yet by the federal government and they are not being overly cooperative. Hopefully everything will be done before Christmas so we can get some sales in by the. Here are a few pictures of the process. The first is hooking the hose to the tank and to the filter. From there it goes to the bottling unit. Corking is done by hand one bottle at a time. And there has to be some quality control. Chuck
