Been getting reports on the wheat across the country and it isn't good.
In my 62 years, I don't remember seeing wheat this dry in southern Ohio at this date. My wheat could actually stand a good drink! None is being called for, looks like a dry open winter to me, maybe a few squalls.
Either next year will be a doozey or it will start raining about planting time again. It did that in 11 and we had good to record crops. I don't expect to see that happen 2 years apart.
