Dallas Center IA 515-720-2463 | Peoria Farm Show. Glad I was able to go, it has been four years now that the Peoria show has put a little enjoyment into the start of winter.
I found these two Percision Ag salesmen hard at work. So I spent some time bending there ears about Percision Ag over years.
But I lost their business cards.
The fellow on the right says he posts here on New Ag Talk. From a dealer in Effingham Illinois.
Thanks for the good chat.
I stayed in Effingham once. The General U S Grant motel.
After leaving Peoria, I drove east on a Crop Inspection Tour. At El Paso I headed north on the King's Highway to Utica Illinois. Cousin Don Greif was the manager of the Pioneer Seed plant in Utica.
Stopped in at Joy & Ed's to say hello to Mick. But for the second year in a row Mick was 'Hunting Deer'
But I got a haircut next door.
Then I decided to climb to the top of Starved Rock. Should say walk, not climb, as it is all side walk or stairs. But still hard on a old man.
Glad I did. It has probably been ten years since I was up there. Besides it killed some time so I was not looking into the sunset heading west on I-80.
