Nice loaf, but how did you manage to take a picture before it all got eaten?
Try sourdough too, it really works best with whole wheat.
The taste is a bit more acidic and pleasant, you'll find you don't need to sweeten this bread.
And it's so much better toasted than yeast bread.

You can buy ready-made sourdough starter from King Arthur Flour if you don't have the patience to make your own, or if you want a starter that predates the Declaration of Independence:
