Would like to trade, Here's my recipe, could you post yours.

1 1/2 cups wheat flour ( try Gold Medal)
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour (Do not use bread flour)
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablspoon level Crisco or Lard
2 tablespoon level sugar
1 tblspn powdered milk
3/4 cup (generous) milk
3/4 cup (generous) warm water
See Note before adding yeast

1 teaspoon breadmaker yeast,(sprinkle on top or if maker has a yeast compartment use it) (can use .25 ounce pack rapid yeast)

NOTE

Before adding yeast you can mix the batter with a wood spoon and check for consistency. Also I have had problems getting the Crisco or lard mixed into the batter by the mixer.
