Subject: question about crop nutrient removal, not typical?

East Central, Nebraska
I have struck up a deal with a seed company to do a test plot on my farm. This is not a normal test plot because I will not have any idea of the data and they do not actually remove the crop. Basically for their eyes only. I am fine with that. I was told that they did soil samples on my farm and they are very happy with the results. That may seem like a good thing but that also means that they do not need to apply anything to make the crop they desire. Here is my question, If they raise a 200 bushel test plot in which they raise the crop and then go in with a special combine and harvest and grind the grain and spread it back upon the ground how much nutrient removal can I expect? Would it be normal removal or would the grain not being removed put some back? Weird scenerio I know. I guess the same could be asked about down corn with x number of bushels still left in the field. Does that corn have any nutritional value to the ground. Thank you.
