Subject: RE: Eminent Domain problems

NW Washington
I am reminded of the old song, "I fought the law and the law won."
Fighting eminent domain is a tough row to hoe and it could easily get more expensive than it is worth. Eminent Domain is in the Constitution and it is usually upheld by the counts.

"The only constant is change, continuing change, inevitable change, that is the dominant factor in society today. No sensible decision can be made any longer without taking into account not only the world as it is, but the world as it will be."
— Isaac Asimov
