NESD | Your problem is with the flow meter not the pressure transducer, remove the flow meter insert and cleanit with bake kleen, then blow thru it both directions to verify that it spin freely both ways, if it does not spin freely it may have a broken axle shaft in the turbine, if you suspect that it is broken it is easy to disassemble and remove the turbine by removing the spiral lock ring on either side, then carefully remove the bearing plate and then the turbine is accessable for inspection, if it is ok flush the bearings out generously with the brake kleen and reassemble, by very careful doing this as the insert is approx $1500 and no long avaialble.
If you do find it broken the replacement is what is currently used on 2010 and newer sprayers.you will need the flowmeter, two 1 1/4" hose barbs, packings and clamps. | |
