You would need a Mobile Processor, a Keycard with or without activations, a Datacard and an Antenna/Receiver. Yield Mapping for 9x00-9x50 combines with a side-mounted moisture sensor is included on any Keycard. 9x60 and newer combines with grain tank moisture sensors require Harvest Doc on the keycard to map yield.
