SC, IA. | Read the entire fee schedule before investing with any broker. You could probably make a little money on these choices, but fees may eat up most of it. Depends on how much money you have to go toward stocks. I'm no expert by any means, but I usually go for index funds because the fees are so much cheaper. The S&P 500 index fund will match the market (maybe IS the market). Very few Mutual Funds or independent investors can beat that consistently. There are also balanced index funds that offer more security. | |
