The bad news is those of us who rent lots of ground are just temp solutions to the owners. We have no rights to the land beyond the year we farm it.
My solution as a tennant farmer is to keep my land owners very happy with extras they enjoy that the big boys won't do and stay mostly debt free with cash in the bank and always be on te look out for more land to rent. If your not adding you may be losing ground soon.
