SCIA | Itchy, Not doubting, but what are you baseing 2029 crash on? 52 year long wave points more toward 2033-2035. Went through the 80's and didn't have a bankroll left to buy much. Did get 500 at a good price, turned down 3-4000, all less than a 1000, now worth 5-6000 per acre.
We need to be contraian thinkers, sell whenn everyone else is buying and buy when no one else wants it. This WILL change, the ones who play this boom and bust cycle right will come out smelling like a rose, play it wrong anb you will be looking for another job.
