perryton, tx | Have a bunch of approx. 500# steers and heifers grazing a failed Milo field. What I can't understand is that there is a good amount of grain out there but as far as I can tell they aren't eating any of it. Normally when I've turned cows in on failed Milo or stalks they really clean up the grain but these calves aren't doing it. I'm worried if they don't eat the grain they aren't going to get a whole lot of good out of it. | |
