The 8560 has either a straight 12-speed synchro-mesh (no on-the-go shifting) or a 24-speed (which I think is basically the 12-speed synchro-mesh with a Hi-Lo added to it). The 12 speed power shift was only available in the 8760 & 8960.
C-IH 9130/9230 or JD 8560?
