<p>E3SCR was a tier 3 engine that had SCR (DEF fluid) The other is Internal Exhaust Gas Recirculation Tier 3. I would probably take the EGR for tier 3 as it wasn't as much gas being recirculated then. <br /><br />1000E PTO is 1000 rpm shaft that can be run at normal rated speed or at a reduced engine rpm (reduced torque) but I don't remember what the engine rpms are for the standard or economy. <br /><br />Reliability depends on who you talk to.</p>
