I suspect if there if cattle stay good everyone is going to throw away there slow vertical and starting looking through the newspaper for a custom grinder. Time is money right. I know that I don't have time to watch a vertical mixer go round and round, if I did, I would go help my grandma make bread with the kitchen aid mixer instead of buying my bread at the store.
