Subject: Moral dilemma

West central Missouri
I recieved a call from my first cousin telling me that a farm he now rents is going to sell. He is struggling financially and has no hope of owning the ground. His only option is to find an investor to buy the land in hopes he can rent it from the investor.

This farm is across the road from another cousin that is very successful and could easily buy the land.

Background. Cousin one is sour at cousin two, mainly jealous, because of cousin 2's success. Cousin 1 continually makes poor choices and probably won't be farming much longer.

My dilemma. Should I share the fact that the land is for sale with cousin 2 knowing that cousin 1 will loose the ground thus quickening the end of his farming career? Clear as mud right?

My wife says stay the hell out of it. What's NAT response?
