Havent done the updated cast pully, and have no issues with the variable speed belt, Ziegler couldnt even get me the part number for that pully as I did ask about it. I have to run the tensioner a 1/2 in over tight. What angle do you run your head at?? To chop where we want to chop and to get the snoots low enough to pick up all the corn that may be down from time to time, I have to have it pitched back some. Im running at about 0 degrees to -1 degrees on the pitch.
