+1....it is powerful software if you give it a chance. It definitely isn't simple. They have been making some improvements in functionality and are really good at taking feedback and implementing future changes.
I have been using it ~4 years and am fully comfortable with it now. Biggest thing for me was being able to block out good chunks of time at first, all within a couple weeks so I didn't forget things.
