The land lord got tired of farming put grass on some of it then let other native grass come up. Couple years of drought and bad health he let things get away.He was a good farmer always wanted to improve his land. When I asked about the farm He said I am glad you came by I ..am 84 and tired and worn out but I didnt want some one to farm it the we use to farm.
