you can make them wheels run true as you want.

i jack up that wheel, tranny in neutral. loosen all the clamps, put a wood block just to the side of the tire, with a ratchet snug the top and bottom up so the gap from the cast to the steel is the same, the do the front and back. just go snug, now roll the tire and see how the out of round and side to side wobble is, adjust as needed or start snugging up other clamps working opposite of each other.



+1 --------And the clicking sound could be / probably is the adjusting bolt sliding back and forth. I think they are supposed to have a cork in the end to stop endplay. If it is the adjusting bolt count your blessings, it isn't froze up.
