We've put down 100lbs in the past with the floater, incorporated, then planted. Came back side-dressed 80-100lbs usually around V6.
Going to change it up this year and put down 60 pre plant, then 70 sidedress at V6, then a second sidedress trip later in the year when corn really needs it.
Application here for a 16R Miller Nitro unit, or 24R Fast bar and MFWD is $4/acre.
