Within Trimble/Case IH, you have lots of options. The best option is going to be full autopilot on RTK or RTX for rzb and planting. The high accuracy of the signals combined with the hydraulic steering will make following your fall applications in the spring a lot easier. RTK and RTX are the only repeatable signals available (fall to spring). Omnistar is only accurate pass to pass. The new EZ-Pilot from trimble is a very good steering device. It is transferable from vehicle to vehicle, but not the easiest. It will also allow either RTK or RTX. I too strip till and had very good luck with RTX going from fall 2011 to spring 2012.
