I lease a ranch for $200 per gun per day with a 2 day minimum.  Each hunter signs a contract and a hold harmless agreement that I have had prepared.  It limits the hunter to the specific dates that have been paid for and to the specific game to be hunted.  The agreement is tightly worded and places limits on everything I can think of.  I've had nothing but good experiences with the hunters to date, and the best part is that they like to book a year ahead to hold the dates they prefer.  I like the repeat business with people that respect and appreciate the priviledge of hunting my land.  Word of mouth has developed this business enterprise and it keeps growing.
